Privacy policy

This policy covers tbilisihomes.ge.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, email, phone, message, and listing or valuation details
• Saved-search alerts: your email and the search you saved
• Basic server logs from Cloudflare, which hosts the site

Saved properties stay in your own browser. We don't receive them.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your message, pass a listing enquiry to the person selling or renting the property, review and publish listings you send us, and email the alerts you asked for.

We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them. Alerts stay until you unsubscribe using the link in any alert email.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Use the contact page.
