Terms of use

By using tbilisihomes.ge you agree to these terms.

Listings

Owners, agents and developers supply listing details. We check listings before they go live but we can't confirm every fact. Check the registry extract and see the property before you pay anything.

Price-per-m² figures, district medians and valuation estimates come from asking prices on this site. They aren't formal valuations.

If you send us a listing

You confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission, and that the details and photos are accurate and yours to use. We can edit, decline or remove any listing.
